Does this antibody (AB5535-25UG) come as a liquid form or in powder? does an initial dilution need to be done before use or can I use for IF directly form the 25ug?

AB5535-25ug Anti-Sox9 Antibody is supplied as a purified rabbit polyclonal in a buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine, 0.15 M NaCl, and 0.05% sodium azide at pH 7.4. This antibody is not ready to use and requires dilution before use. Recommended dilutions are 1:2000 for Western Blotting and 1:1000 for immunohistochemistry. For immunofluorescence applications, the following reference might be of interest: medRxiv (2023): 2023-05. Optimization of dilutions and assay protocols is necessary.

HI, I have a few samples for immunohistochemistry using anti-SOX9 antibody. I'm wondering if I can aliquot and store it at -20°C to maintain its stability for longer than 6 months, since the recommended storage is at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots?!

Stability at -20°C in aliquots has not been tested. The recommendation is 6 months at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots.
