General description
Control peptide for Chemicon Catalog Number MAB3067 (Mouse anti-connexin 43). Peptide corresponds to a 19 amino acid sequence within the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain (aa252-270) of Mouse Cx43 (2). This sequence is identical in rat and bovine. Mouse Connexin 43 is a 382 amino acid gap junction protein with a predicted M.W. of ~43 kDa.
