    1. This product is not tested for a specific application, such as transcription efficiency. The material is supplied as a single vial of a 50 ug/25 uL solution containing RIPA buffer and inhibitors. No other components are included. Note that unless otherwise stated this product is intended for research use only and is not to be used for any other purpose, which includes but is not limited to, unauthorized commercial uses, in vitro diagnostic uses, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic uses or any type of consumption or application to humans or animals.

  2. Can I use this HeLa Nuclear Extract for deadenylase assay? specifically, Does this product contain the complex of deadenylase in addition to a variety of DNA binding proteins and transcription factors?

    1. This product has not been tested for use in deadenylation. There is no reason to suspect that it would not be suitable. However, the product is stored in RIPA buffer. Please check the literature for potential interference of RIPA in the adenylase assay reaction.
