Opis

General description

Odczynnik sprzęgający peptydy, który hamuje enancjomeryzację ^{[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15]}. Redukcja kwasów karboksylowych aktywowanych BOP zapewnia łatwą drogę do alkoholi ^[16]. Novabiochem^® zaleca zastąpienie BOP przez PyBOP (dla PyBOP patrz 851009). Produkcja BOP, a także jego wykorzystanie, wiąże się z użyciem lub tworzeniem heksametylofosfotriamidu, którego rakotwórczość i toksyczność dla układu oddechowego były przedmiotem licznych raportów.
