Opis

General description

A potent, cell-permeable, reversible, and ATP-competitive Src family kinase inhibitor. Inhibits Src (IC₅₀ = 280 nM) as well as closely related kinases such as Fyn (IC₅₀ = 170 nM) and Yes (IC₅₀ = 20 nM) and Lyn (IC₅₀ = 130 nM). Acts as a weak inhibitor of Lck (IC₅₀ = 688 µM) and PDGF receptor kinase (IC₅₀ >10 µM). A 10 mM (500 µg/135 µl) solution of SU6656 (Cat. No. 572636) in DMSO is also available.
