Opis

General description

A cell-permeable pyridopyrimidinyl urea compound that acts a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of FGFR (IC₅₀ = 60 nM using FGFR1) with excellent selectivity over PDGFRβ, EGFR, insulin receptor, and c-Src (IC₅₀ >50 µM).
