General description
Spectroquant® Cyanide Cell Test umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości wolnego i łatwo uwalnianego cyjanku w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: Jony cyjankowe reagują ze środkiem chlorującym, tworząc chlorek cyjanogenu, który wraz z kwasem 1,3-dimetylobarbiturowym tworzy fioletowy barwnik (reakcja Königa bez pirydyny), który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie.
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcją.
