General description
Test komórkowy na azotyny Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości azotynów w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: W kwaśnym roztworze jony azotynowe reagują z siarczanem etylenodiaminowym żelaza(II), tworząc żółty do zielono-brązowego związek żelaza(II), który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie.
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcją.
