General description
Metoda odpowiada normie ISO 23696-1, normie standaryzującej stosowanie tej "metody zamkniętej rurki na małą skalę" dla tego ważnego parametru. Metoda jest również analogiczna do DIN 38405-9.
Test komórkowy na azotany Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie azotanów w próbkach wody. Azotan jest niezbędnym składnikiem odżywczym wymaganym do wzrostu zwierząt i roślin. Jednak podwyższony poziom azotanów może stanowić zagrożenie dla zdrowia, w szczególności dla kobiet w ciąży i niemowląt. Dlatego poziom azotanów w źródłach wody jest regulowany w wielu krajach.
Inne obszary zastosowań to analiza żywności i napojów (np. serwatki) oraz próbek środowiskowych i rolniczych (np. gleby).
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcją.
