General description
Ten test na żelazo Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładne oznaczenie ilościowe jonów żelaza w różnych wodach. Wszystkie jony żelaza są redukowane do jonów żelaza(II) przez kwas askorbinowy.
W środowisku buforowanym tioglikolanem reagują one z pochodną triazyny, tworząc czerwono-fioletowy kompleks, który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie. Paski testowe MQuant® mogą być używane do wstępnego testowania próbki w ekonomiczny i szybki sposób w celu oszacowania stężenia żelaza i możliwego współczynnika rozcieńczenia przed użyciem metody ilościowej, takiej jak test Spectroquant®.
Wszystkie nasze zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników są wyposażone w unikalny identyfikator Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metody i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji.
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi komórkami o średnicy 16 mm, a także wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z procedurą opisaną w dołączonej ulotce z instrukcjami.
