General description
Metoda jest analogiczna do EPA 206.4, APHA 3500-As B i ASTM D2972-15 A.
Test odczynnikowy Spectroquant® Arsenic Reagent umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości arsenu w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: W kwaśnym roztworze związki arsenu są redukowane przez mieszaninę odczynników redukujących składającą się z cynku, chlorku cyny(II) i jodku potasu, tworząc arsen, który reaguje w rurce absorpcyjnej z dietyloditiokarbaminianem srebra, tworząc czerwony związek, który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie.
