General description
Ten test odczynnikowy Spectroquant® Sulfite Reagent umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości siarczynów w próbkach wodnych, a także w żywności i napojach (np. piwie).
Zastosowana metoda: W roztworze obojętnym jony siarczynowe reagują z kwasem 2,2'-dinitro-5,5'-ditiodibenzoesowym (odczynnik Ellmana), tworząc organiczny tiosiarczan. Reakcja ta powoduje uwolnienie tiolu, który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie.
