General description
Metoda jest analogiczna do EPA 375.4, APHA 4500-SO42- E i ASTM D516-11.
Ten odczynnikowy test siarczanowy Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości siarczanów w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: Jony siarczanowe reagują z jonami baru tworząc lekko rozpuszczalny siarczan baru. Powstałe zmętnienie jest mierzone w fotometrze (metoda turbidymetryczna).
Zestawy Spectroquant® Reagent Test Kits zawierają wysoce stabilne, gotowe do użycia mieszaniny odczynników do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z procedurą opisaną w dołączonej ulotce z instrukcją.
