General description
Ten test fluorkowy Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładne oznaczenie ilościowe jonów fluorkowych w różnych wodach. Jony fluorkowe występują na Ziemi w kilku minerałach, ale w przyrodzie są obecne tylko w śladowych ilościach w zbiornikach wodnych. W buforowanym, słabo kwaśnym roztworze jony fluorkowe reagują z kompleksonem alizaryny i lantanem(III), tworząc fioletowy kompleks, który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie.
Metoda jest analogiczna do EPA 340.3 i APHA 4500-F- E.
Wszystkie nasze zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników są wyposażone w unikalny Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metody i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji.
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi komórkami o średnicy 16 mm, a także wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z procedurą opisaną w dołączonej ulotce z instrukcjami.
