General description
Ten test fluorkowy Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie jonów fluorkowych w różnych wodach. Jony fluorkowe występują na Ziemi w kilku minerałach, ale w przyrodzie są obecne tylko w śladowych ilościach w zbiornikach wodnych. Jony fluorkowe reagują z częścią czerwonego roztworu barwnika cyrkonowego, tworząc bezbarwny kompleks, który z kolei powoduje wybielenie czerwonego koloru (metoda SPADNS). Stężenie niezużytego roztworu barwnika cyrkonowego jest następnie określane fotometrycznie.
Metoda jest analogiczna do metody APHA 4500-F-D.
