How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. How do I prepare a stock solution of T3258 Tetracycline? What is it soluble in?

This product is soluble in methanol or ethanol, giving a completely clear solution at up to 30 mg/ml. The stability of this material in solution is pH-dependent. Stock solutions prepared in ethanol are estimated to be stable for 1-3 months when aliquoted and stored at -20°C. Please see the link below to review the product datasheet which also lists the solubility in 1 M HCl.
