Application

For the cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa using membrane filter technique.

Preparation Note

Zawiesić 14,5 g w 1 litrze wody destylowanej zawierającej 25 ml etanolu. Zagotować do całkowitego rozpuszczenia pożywki. Sterylizować w autoklawie w temperaturze 121°C przez 15 minut.
