TRANSIA^® PLATE Listeria to test ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay) oparty na dwuetapowej reakcji typu sandwich. Stałym podłożem reakcji jest płytka do mikromiareczkowania z dzielonymi paskami mikrostudzienek. Specyficzne przeciwciała antygenów wici są szczepione na studzienkach płytki mikrotitracyjnej.
