Can I reconstitute this product then aliquot and store at -20C for extended periods of time?

Freezing is acceptable. A stock solution of 0.01 M (3 mg/ml) Retinoic acid in absolute ethanol was stored at -70°C for up to two weeks, according to Ponzoni and Lanciotti in Neurochemistry, volume 54, page 540, 1990.
