LiChrospher^® RP-select B to wszechstronny, tradycyjnie produkowany nośnik w postaci sferycznego żelu krzemionkowego o właściwościach fazy odwróconej i hydrofobowości fazy C-8. Nośnik ten bardzo dobrze nadaje się do separacji związków zasadowych, ale nadal ma dobre właściwości do oznaczania związków obojętnych i kwaśnych. Sorbent ten jest umieszczony w kolumnie HPLC Hibar 100-4.6. Do montażu kolumny ochronnej LiChroCART 4-4 należy użyć uchwytu kolumny ochronnej 1.51487.
