General description
Spectroquant® Potassium Cell Test umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości potasu w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: W roztworze alkalicznym jony potasu reagują z Kalignost® (tetrafenyloboran sodu) tworząc lekko rozpuszczalny osad. Powstałe zmętnienie jest mierzone w fotometrze (metoda turbidymetryczna).
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcją.
Wszystkie zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników Spectroquant® są wyposażone w unikalny identyfikator Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metod i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji.
