General description
Metoda odpowiada normie ISO 23695, normie standaryzującej stosowanie tej "metody zamkniętej rurki na małą skalę" dla tego ważnego parametru. Metoda jest również analogiczna do EPA 350.1, APHA 4500-NH3 F, ISO 7150-1 i DIN 38406-5.
Spectroquant® Ammonium Cell Test umożliwia bezcyjankowe ilościowe oznaczanie amonu w ściekach, wodach gruntowych, powierzchniowych i morskich. Zazwyczaj amon dostaje się do źródeł wody jako spływ z nawożonych obszarów rolniczych, a podwyższone poziomy są ważnymi wskaźnikami zanieczyszczenia fekaliami. Inne obszary zastosowań to analiza żywności i napojów oraz próbek środowiskowych i rolniczych (np. gleby).
