General description
Ten test Spectroquant® Sulfite umożliwia dokładną kwantyfikację jonów siarczynowych w różnych wodach. W roztworze obojętnym jony siarczynowe reagują z kwasem 2,2'-dinitro-5,5'-ditiodibenzoesowym (odczynnik Ellmana), tworząc organiczny tiosiarczan. Reakcja ta powoduje uwolnienie tiolu, który jest oznaczany fotometrycznie. Wszystkie nasze zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników są wyposażone w unikalny identyfikator Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metod i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji. Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z wstępnie napełnionymi okrągłymi komórkami o średnicy 16 mm, a także wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z procedurą opisaną w dołączonej ulotce z instrukcjami.
