General description
Metoda jest analogiczna do EPA 375.4, APHA 4500-SO4 2- E i ASTM D516-11.
Spectroquant® Sulfate Cell Test umożliwia dokładne ilościowe oznaczenie zawartości siarczanów w próbkach wodnych.
Zastosowana metoda: Jony siarczanowe reagują z jonami baru tworząc lekko rozpuszczalny siarczan baru. Powstałe zmętnienie jest mierzone fotometrycznie (metoda turbidymetryczna).
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi wymaganymi odczynnikami do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną instrukcją.
Wszystkie zestawy testów komórkowych i odczynników Spectroquant® są wyposażone w unikalny identyfikator Live ID (kod kreskowy 2D), który umożliwia bezproblemowe rozpoznawanie metody i zawiera istotne informacje, takie jak numer partii, data ważności i automatyczne aktualizacje kalibracji.
