Produced from CHO cells expressing the 4G10 antibody heavy and light chain cDNAs. Heavy chain C-terminus has a hexa-histidine tag for purification and immobilization via nickel affinity matrices. Cross-linked to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Patent pending.
