General description

全トランスクリプトーム増幅（WTA）用SeqPlex™ RNA増幅キットは、少量のRNAや分解した／高度に断片化されたRNA（ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋（FFPE）組織サンプルからのRNAなど）からの次世代シーケンス（NGS）を容易にするようにデザインされています。SeqPlex キットは、これらのサンプルおよびその他の少量またはフラグメント化が進んだ RNA サンプルを NGS ワークフローにインプットするために予備増幅することを可能にします。また、増幅していないサンプルにみられる示差的発現パターンを維持しつつ、組織、培養細胞、ホルマリン固定サンプル、または血清から分離した非ポリAテールRNAの増幅を促進します。

Features and Benefits

  • 少量の全RNAを用いるランダムプライミング法では、FFPEやRIPを含めたあらゆる由来の断片化RNAまたはインタクトRNAが増幅されます。
  • より完全なトランスクリプトームカバレッジと効率的なプライミングのための半縮重ライブラリープライマーデザイン。
  • シーケンス前のDNA断片化は不要。
  • ds-cDNAを8時間以内で増幅。
  • あらゆる次世代シーケンスプラットフォームに対応（Pacific Bioscience社製を除く）。
