リネゾイドは、抗菌性のオキソザリジノンです。 50Sサブユニットのバクテリア23SリボゾームRNA上のサイトに結合し、機能的70S 開始複合体の形成を阻止することによって、バクテリアmRNA翻訳を抑制します。リネゾイドは、モノアミン酸化酵素の弱く、可逆性の、非選択的なインヒビターでもあります。

リネゾリドは、オキサゾリジノン系抗菌薬です。細菌mRNAの翻訳を阻害するとともに、モノアミンオキシダーゼのインヒビターとして可逆的かつ非選択的な弱い作用があります。
