General description
ダルベッコ′リン酸緩衝食塩水は、組織培養で広く用いられる平衡塩溶液（BSS）です。
Application
D-PBSは、調製時や連続移し替え時の細胞の洗浄に使用します。
Biochem/physiol Actions
ダルベッコ′リン酸緩衝食塩水は、洗浄液、輸送液、希釈液として機能し、細胞内外の浸透圧の平衡を保ちます。細胞に水分を与え、正常な細胞代謝に不可欠な大量の無機イオン源として働きます。この緩衝食塩水は、グルコースなどの炭水化物と結合し、細胞代謝の主要なエネルギー源として機能します。また、培地を生理的pHの範囲内に保つ緩衝系も提供します。

9.6 gの粉末で1 Lの溶液ができる配合です。
