Nα-ベンゾイル-DL-アルギニン4-ニトロアニリド塩酸塩（DL-BAPNA）は、トリプシン、アミダーゼ、およびバルテロビンなどのタンパク質分解酵素の色素形成基質です。アルギニンとp-ニトロアニリン分子間の結合部におけるDL-BAPNAの加水分解により、色基であるp-ニトロアニリンが放出され、比色分析で検出されます。
