General description
遺伝子改変のトランケートされたタンパク質 G;は、IgGへの親和性を維持しますが、アルブミン及びFab結合部位及び膜結合領域を欠いています。
プロテインGは、細胞壁タンパク質であり、G群連鎖球菌から得られます。このタンパク質の細胞外部分は2/3個の小さいドメインまたは血清アルブミン結合ドメイン（GAドメイン）および2/3個の免疫グロブリン（IgG）結合ドメイン（Bドメイン）から成ります。
