General description
The DirectLoad™ Midi Horizontal Electrophoresis Systems provide researchers flexible and easy-to-use platforms for agarose gel DNA and RNA electrophoresis experiments. Compatible Midi gel trays, combs, and volumes can be modified to research needs. Midi Electrophoresis System products are optimal for large throughput experiments. Product accessory names are matched to ensure compatibility with electrophoresis systems
Application
DirectLoad™ Midi Horizontal Electrophoresis System, with 15x7, 10 & 15cm gel trays is suitable for medium throughput experiments up to 210 samples depending on configuration.
Features and Benefits
- Easy-click and color-coded attachments are provided for safety and single-orientation assembly
- For safety the DirectLoad™ lid disconnects the power source upon removal
- DirectLoad™ Gel Trays and Gel Dams are leak-proof and enable agarose gel preparation in parallel
- Maximize experimental versatility with multiple gel trays and comb sizes
- DirectLoad™ Combs are height adjustable and act as sample loading guides using single and multi-channel pipettes
- To increase the longevity of the system replacement accessories are available
