1. Stabilire la quantità di HFN necessaria per rivestire i recipienti di coltura, moltiplicando l′area superficiale totale (cm2) per la concentrazione di HFN desiderata (μg/mL). La quantità consigliata è di 2-10 μg/cm2.
2. Bagnare la superficie di ogni recipiente di coltura da rivestire con la quantità minima di soluzione salina bilanciata sterile (priva di siero e di proteine) necessaria per coprire l′intera area.
3. Se necessario, introdurre l′atmosfera di CO2 opportuna.
4. Aggiungere a ogni recipiente di coltura la quantità di HFN calcolata.
5. Attendere 5-20 minuti per consentire l′adsorbimento della HFN sulla superficie del recipiente.
6. Rimuovere la soluzione salina bilanciata residua prima di svolgere le normali procedure di coltura cellulare.
Il prodotto viene filtrato con un filtro da 0,1 micron durante la produzione. Si raccomanda di filtrare nuovamente il prodotto prima dell'uso/dopo la ricostituzione.
