LY-334370 hydrochloride is a selective 5-HT1F receptor agonist.

LY-334370 modulates the transmission in the mouse trigeminal system and inhibits the neuronal responses within rat Sp5C by inhibiting c-Fos activation. It shows efficacy in aborting migraine attacks.[1][2]
