Descrizione

General description

Human IgG antibodies are primarily responsible for the facilitation of humoral immune responses such as complement fixation, placental transport, and phagocytosis. Anti-human IgG (γ-chain specific) −alkaline phosphatase antibody can be used in immunohistochemistry and immunoelectrophoresis. It can also be used in western blotting. Goat anti-human IgG−alkaline phosphatase antibody reacts specifically with human IgG when tested against human IgA, IgG, IgM, Bence Jones κ, and λ myeloma proteins. The product is not reactive with mouse IgG or mouse serum proteins.

Application

Le proteine raccolte da colture di E. coli sono state analizzate su gel SDS-page nel western blotting utilizzando IgG di capra anti-umana (specifica per la catena) coniugata con fosfatasi alcalina a una concentrazione di 1:10 000 per il secondario. Le membrane sono state sviluppate con BCIP/NBT come substrato (Sigma).[1]

Le proteine raccolte da colture di E. coli sono state analizzate su gel SDS-page nel western blotting utilizzando IgG di capra anti-umana (specifica per la catena) coniugata con fosfatasi alcalina a una concentrazione di 1:10 000 per il secondario.[1] L′IgG è stata rilevata nel siero umano con Elisa utilizzando IgG di capra anti-umana (specifica per la catena gamma) coniugata con fosfatasi alcalina diluita 1:5000 in 0,25% BSA/PBS. Il saggio è stato sviluppato con p-nitrofenil fosfato come substrato (1 mg/mL Sigma).[2]

Anti-human IgG (γ-chain specific) −alkaline phosphatase antibody can be used in immunocytochemical staining techniques. It can also be used for dot blot.

Solution in 0.05 M Tris buffer, pH 8.0, containing 1 mM MgCl₂, 10 mM glycine, 1% bovine serum albumin, 50% glycerol and 15 mM sodium azide as preservative
