General description

Le cellule staminali mesenchimali (MSC) sono definite come una popolazione di cellule progenitrici, aderenti e pluripotenti con capacità di autorinnovarsi e di differenziarsi in numerose linee cellulari mesenchimali discendenti. Specifici saggi in vitro hanno dimostrato che le cellule staminali mesenchimali si differenziano prontamente nei tipi cellulari specializzati che formano il tessuto osseo, cartilagineo, adiposo, tendineo e muscolare.

Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Bone Marrow) should be stored in liquid nitrogen. The cells are guaranteed for at least 3 population doublings without significantly affecting cell surface marker expression and differentiation potential.
