Fluconazol wird zur Behandlung erwachsener neutropenischer Patienten mit invasiver Candidiasis (IC) eingesetzt.

Application

Fluconazol wird zur Bewertung des MIC-Pilz-Tests (MIC = Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, minimale Hemmkonzentration) verwendet. Es wird außerdem als Positivkontrolle im Anti-Pilz-Test von Pflanzen eingesetzt.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Fluconazol ist ein Antimykotikum, hoch selektiver Hemmstoff der Pilz-Cytochrom P-450 Sterol C-14 α-Demethylierung. Potenter Hemmstoff von CYP2C9. Hindert die Pilz Ergosterolsynthese; herunter-reguliert Metallothionein-Gen.

Fluconazol ist ein ein antifungales Mittel. Es ist hoch selektiver Inhibitor von fungaler Cytochrom P-450 C-14 Sterol α-Demethylierung. Fluconazol ist ein potenter Inhibitor von CYP2C9. Fluconazol beeinträchtigt die fungale Ergosterolsynthese und reguliert das Metallothionein-Gen herunter.
