Biochem/physiol Actions

Tricyclisches Antidepressivum; hemmt die Serotonin- und Noradrenalin-Transporter mit K_is von 7.7 nM bzw. 67 nM. Hat wenig Einfluss auf Dopamin-Transporter (K_i = 25 μM).
