General description
TrueGel3D enzymatic cell recovery solution (TRUEENZ-500UL) is used to dissolve dextran polymers for easy recovery of chemically fixed or live cells for post-culture analyses including RT-PCR, western blots and other molecular biological studies.
Application

- Fast gelling (takes few seconds to minutes after addition of crosslinker)
- Allow cell recovery and post-culture analyses
- Flexibility in modulating gel stiffness
- Cells do not attach to hydrogel (if not customized with TrueGel3D RGD peptide)
- Does not allow cell migration
