General description
Eselserum wird aus einer normalen Spenderherde gepoolt. In Immunassays kann normales Eselserum als Blockierungsmittel und Kontrolle dienen. Es wird zu 5 % bis 20 % in verschiedenen Studien der Immunhistochemie und Immunzytochemie als Blockierungsmittel verwendet.[1]
Application
Eselserum wird wie folgt verwendet:
- als Komponente in Blocking-Puffer für die Immunfluoreszenz[2]
- in phosphatgepufferter Kochsalzlösung (PBS) als Blockierungsmittel[2]
- als Blockierungsmittel in der Immunzytochemie und Immunhistochemie an gefrorenen Proben[3]
- zum Verhindern der nichtspezifischen Bindung in der Parvalbumin-Immunhistochemie[4]
