Zyklisches 8-Bromadenosin-3′,5′-Monophosphat aktiviert Proteinkinase A, hemmt das Wachstum, reduziert die Proliferation, erhöht die Differenzierung und induziert die Apoptose von kultivierten Zellen.
Wenn zyklisches 8-Bromadenosin-3′,5′-Monophosphat (8-Brom-cAMP) während der Beschichtung Hepatozyten hinzugefügt wird, hilft dies, die Gewinnung von Beta-Adenorezeptoren zu steigern.
