Application
Ethidium-Homodimer (EtDi, EthD-1) wird als Färbungslösung für ssDNA, dsDNA, RNA, Oligonukleotide und dreisträngige DNA verwendet. EthD-1 verursacht keine Kreuzreaktionen mit intakten/lebensfähigen Zellmembranen und kann zum Testen der Lebensfähigkeit von Zellen verwendet werden.
Färbereagens für ssDNA, dsDNA, RNA, Oligonucleotide und Triplex-DNA. Es durchquert keine intakten Zellmembranen und ist daher für Vitalitätsfärbungen geeignet.
Packaging
Bodenlose Glasflasche. Der Inhalt befindet sich innerhalb des eingeschobenen Schmelzkegels.
