Beschreibung

General description

Atto 425 ist neues Label mit hoher Quantenausbeute (0.90) und ausreichend großem Stokes-Shift (Anregungsmaximum 436 nm, Emissionsmaximum 484 nm). Es ist für die Anregung mit einem Argon-Laser optimiert und charakterisiert durch hohe Photostabilität. Eine cis-trans-Isomerisierung, welche für viele anderen Farbstoffe die Helligkeit und die Reproduzierbarkeit limitiert, tritt kaum auf.

Application

Atto fluorescent labels are designed for high sensitivity applications, including single molecule detection. Atto labels have rigid structures that do not show any cis-trans-isomerization. Thus these labels display exceptional intensity with minimal spectral shift on conjugation. Atto 425 biotin is suitable for fluorescence labeling of avidin/streptavidin conjugated molecules.
