General description

GST•Bind Harz nutzt einen 14-Atome-Spacer-Arm, um reduziertes Glutathion über eine Sulfidbindung kovalent zu binden. Der hohe Substitutionsgrad von Glutathion gewährleistet eine hohe Bindungskapazität mit Ausbeuten von Glutathion-S-Transferase(GST)-Fusionsproteinen von 5 bis 8 mg/ml abgesetztem Harz. Das Harz kann bis zu 6 Mal ohne Kapazitätsverlust erneut verwendet werden.
