Beschreibung

General description

Greiner Bio-One und Aventis Pharma haben gemeinsam eine Reihe einzigartiger Glasboden-Mikrotiterplatten (24, 96, 384, 1536 Well) entwickelt. Jede dieser Mikrotiterplatten besteht aus hochwertigem optischem Glas mit einer Dicke von 175 μm, das mit der Mutterplatte verbunden ist. Alle Platten entsprechen der Standard-Grundfläche von Mikrotiterplatten und bieten eine hochqualitative Leistung für Anwendungen, bei denen geringe Autofluoreszenz und optische Klarheit erforderlich sind. Die in opakem Schwarz erhältlichen Platten sind optimal geeignet für hochauflösende Bildgebung, empfindliche Fluoreszenzsysteme und konfokale Mikroskopieanwendungen wie Einzelmoleküldetektion (SMD) oder Fluoreszenzkorrelationsspektroskopie (FCS).
