Western blotting.

IHC formalin fixed sections, HIER (Microwave citrate buffer pH6.0) produces some staining but pretreatment with type XXIV protease (0.5mg/ml) produces best results.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

This antibody reacts with the suprabasal cells of stratified squamous epithelia in human, murine and porcine species.

The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 100μg/1ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide and 1mg/ml bovine serum albumin. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.
