Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Indazol-Sulfonamid-Verbindung, die ein breites Spektrum inhibitorischer Aktivität gegen RNA-Polymerase III zeigt (IC₅₀ = 27 und 32 µM jeweils für menschliche und für S. cerevisiae RNA Pol III). Hemmt das Zellwachstum in Hefe, indem es die RNA Pol III-vermittelte tRNA-Transkription verhindert. Auch als 25-mM-Lösung in DMSO (Best.-Nr. 557404) erhältlich.
