Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. What can be used for solublization of α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid?

α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (α-CCA, α-CHCA, α-Cyano, 4-HCCA, ACCA) is soluble in methanol (up to 50 mg/ml). It is also soluble at 10 mg/ml using 50% acetonitrile in 0.05% TFA for MALDI-MS. The acetonitrile concentration can be adjusted for individual preferences.For biological applications, it has been solubilized at 100 mM in DMSO or 50 mM in ethanol.
