General description
Application
Hinweise zur Verwendung unseres TMB-Substrats:
- Unser TMB-Substrat wird als gebrauchsfertiges Peroxidase-Substrat mit TMB in einem schwach sauren Puffer geliefert. Vor der Reaktion mit Peroxidase sollte das Substrat eine farblose bis leicht blau-grüne Lösung sein. Das Substratsystem erzeugt ein blaues Reaktionsprodukt mit Peroxidase.
- Wenn der Assay-Endpunkt durch Zugabe von Säure erreicht ist, messen Sie die TMB-Substratintensität bei 450 nm.
- Unser TMB-Substrat wird für ELISA-Verfahren (Microwell) empfohlen und wurde in verschiedenen Assays als Substrat für Meerrettichperoxidase-Antikörperkonjugat zum Nachweis von Hendravirus-Glycoprotein, Tetracosactid, sIgA und neutrophilen extrazellulären Fallen (NETs) verwendet.
- Das 3,3′,5,5′-3,3,5,5-Tetramethylbenzidin (TMB) Flüssigsubstratsystem wird nicht für Membrananwendungen empfohlen. Da TMB-Substrat ein lösliches Reaktionsprodukt erzeugt, wird es nicht für histochemische oder Blotting-Anwendungen empfohlen.
