This product is constructed with a single deletion of Asp from the N-terminus to create a hypoallergenic construct. Structural equivalence to native albumin is confirmed by x-ray crystallography. The Asp deletion eliminates an important antigenic determinant by removing the principal copper and nickel binding site of albumin. The first three residues of human albumin are considered non-structural. Additionally, the product is blocked at Cys34 to improve stability, monomer content, and homogeneity.

General description
Konstrukt mit einer einzelnen Entfernung von Asp aus dem N-Terminus, um ein hypoallergenes Konstrukt zu erzeugen. Strukturell äquivalent zu dem nativen Albumin, bestätigt durch Röntgenkristallographie. Das Entfernen von Asp eliminiert eine wichtige antigene Determinante durch das Entfernen der wichtigsten Kupfer- und Nickelbindungsstelle von Albumin. Die ersten drei Reste von Humanalbumin werden als nicht strukturell erachtet. Ebenfalls an Cys34 blockiert, um Stabilität, Monomergehalt und Homogenität zu verbessern.
Application
Diese rekombinante Variante wird in der Pharmaforschung zur Verwendung in Absorption, Distribution, Metabolismus und Elimination (ADME), in der Zellkultur, in der Arzneimittelabgabeforschung und in der Kryokonservierung von Zellen empfohlen.

Albumine sind lösliche, monomere Proteine, die ??in den Körperflüssigkeiten und Geweben von Tieren und in einigen Pflanzensamen vorkommen. Serumalbumin wirkt als Trägerprotein für Steroide, Fettsäuren und Schilddrüsenhormone. Serumalbumine sind auch bei der Regulierung des kolloidosmotischen Drucks von Blut von entscheidender Bedeutung.
