General description
Membran-undurchlässiger DNA-Interkalator. Nützlich für die Färbung apoptotischer Zellen und Zellkerne mittels Durchflusszytometrie. Nützlich für die Differenzierung zwischen apoptototischen und nekrotischen Zelltod. Kann zusammen mit den üblichen grünfluoreszenten Sonden verwendet werden, z. B. Fluoresceinisothiocyanat. Exzitationsmaximum: ~536 nm); Emissionsmaximum: ~617 nM.
